1 tsp arrowroot powder with 1 tbsp water.
2 tbs low-sodium soy sauce
Half a thump of ginger grated about 2 tsp Sriracha
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp sesame oil
4 tbs olive oil (divided)
1 small onion diced
1/2 pound wildcaught shrimp
2 bunches Chinese broccoli (leafy side cut and the thick stem slit in the middle)
2 cups sliced fresh shiitake mushroom. .
I mixed arrowroot powder with 1tbs water, whisk in the soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. In your skillet heat up part of your oil, sautéed onions until tender, take out and set aside, add a little more oil, sauté shrimps, transfer to the onion plate, stirfry the Chinese broccoli for about five minutes and transfer, add remaining oil, sauté mushrooms until tender, return the veggies and shrimp back into the skillet, stir in the sauce mixture and cook all for about a minute and voilà… I cooked the rice sticks in broth.
