This is the best gluten and dairy free waffles recipe ever, it is not loaded with fillers, refined sugar, emulsifiers etc.
Made with real good for you ingredients and trust me when I say this is delicious.

Ingredients organic :

4 1/2 cups quinoa flour
8 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar (I used coconut sugar)
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1 tsp nutmeg .
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 cups water
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla


Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients, pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and mix well and you are ready to make delicious waffles.
