The name “Life Unprocessed” actually embodies one of the brand’s most unique selling points. Agatha’s approach is to deconstruct current wellness practices, un-learn generational and cultural norms that don’t serve us, and to help audiences to re-learn how to think critically and independently to build their own wellness approach to achieve longevity.

Agatha Achindu is a wellness architect focused on helping her audience find a clear, uncomplicated path toward what matters most: a long and fulfilling life. Agatha’s wellness guidance offers something for everyone–from the curious toddler to the wisest elder–and she won’t rest until they all have the knowledge and inspiration to live and be well.

As the founder and lead coach of Life Unprocessed™, a boutique wellness coaching and consultancy, Agatha helps clients uncover, unlearn, and unleash their unique, optimal lifestyle design. Life Unprocessed empowers audiences to think critically and independently to unprocess their generational habits and wellness misconceptions to arrive at solutions that actually work, enabling them to thrive on their journey to longevity.

Agatha’s perspective on wellness and nutrition stems from her childhood on an organic farm in Cameroon, West Africa, where eating fresh food grown from the earth was a right, not a privilege. This notion was the driving force behind how she fed her own family, and how she has guided time-strapped clients and followers to do the same to achieve greater health and balance in their own lives. Agatha is the author of Bountiful Cooking, a cookbook of wholesome everyday meals released by Hachette Book Group, is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga instructor, and founded Yummy Spoonfuls, the first organic baby food line to be nationally distributed. She has appeared in notable media outlets such as the
Today Show, CNN, CBS, Forbes, Fortune, and People Magazine and her work has been published in Parents, Washington Post, and more.
